Processing
Our team offers a comprehensive processing service after a costs draftsman has prepared the bill of costs/e-Bill or claim form for court/LAA. We offer to process cases through the court and CCMS. We also offer the same service on the processing and management services of high costs cases, taking the cases from registration, Bill service, CCMS upload all the way through to payment.
Our team liaise with your fee earners and/or draftsmen to secure the best results for the solicitor clients as cost effectively as possible.
Litigation
Our team can advise and assist in any matter of cost litigation, regardless of the size or complexity of the dispute. We aim to further your interests and protect your position from from the recovery of your own costs to opposing your opponent’s costs.
We will consider and advise on your opponent’s bill of costs, draw Points of Dispute, and represent you in Court, whether that be the County Court, the Senior Court Costs Office or the High Court where necessary with the help of our specialists Costs Counsel.
