Her experience includes; running own case load, liaising with clientele, drafting replies points of dispute and negotiations, further dealing with Case Plans / Events Case Plans (LAA), dealing with LAA costs /CCMS. She has supervised a teams inclusive of; trainee LCD, and HCCP case plan processors. This includes checking, advising, and recommending next steps for Case Plans.
A dedicated team leader with drive for professional excellence and innovation.
She has joined Aspects Costing in November 2021, having previously worked as a Law Cost Draftsman, Supervisor, Legal Cost Consultant, for various firms.

Neha holds a Master in Finance from Royal Holloway University, an LLB from Libra College, Dehradun, a Master of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi. She is also a Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and governance standards.

In this role I enjoyed the challenge of setting up new billing systems and procedures. I have extensive expertise of Legal Help billing, along with the CWA and CCMS systems.

I have a wealth of experience having been in costs for over years. In this time, I have seen numerous changes in relation of bills of cost and have the ability to draw on that knowledge when providing advice both to colleagues and fee earners alike.

I have joined Aspects Costing after two years career break to Care of my Children.
