Mohit is a dual-qualified Solicitor providing clear, practical advice across motoring offences, employment matters and immigration issues. He supports clients through complex procedures, assesses risk, and prepares precise documentation with a strong focus on client care and realistic outcomes.
He also brings extensive experience in legal costs, including legal aid, inter partes matters, controlled work and private billing. Having managed WIP, outsourcing projects and team supervision, he offers a well-rounded, commercially aware approach to every matter.
Karen Gluyes
Billing Manager
Karen is an experienced Law Costs Draftsman specialising in legal aid and inter partes costs, with expertise in drafting, negotiations, case planning and CCMS/LAA matters. She has supervised teams, guiding trainees and processors while overseeing quality and next steps. Joining Aspects Costing in November 2021, she previously worked as a Costs Draftsman, Supervisor and Consultant across multiple firms. Karen has improved organisational efficiency, strengthened processes, and enhanced staff retention through analytical problem-solving, training, and innovative leadership.
Neha Bansal
Director / Billing Manager
Neha Bansal is an experienced finance and legal operations professional specialising in legal billing, process optimisation, and financial accuracy. Part of Aspects Costing since 2020, she has managed complex billing systems, WIP oversight, and streamlined procedures across multiple law firms. She holds a Master in Finance from Royal Holloway University, an LLB, Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.), and is a Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI). Outside work, Neha enjoys cooking, reading, and family time, reflecting her organised yet creative approach.
Patrycja Klimunt IP - Cost negotiations
Pat specialises in inter-partes billing and applies a deadline-driven, detail-focused approach to ensure high-quality turnaround of cases. A first-class law graduate, Pat gained strong insight into the detailed assessment process during a placement at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, where she built a solid grounding in cost procedures. Her analytical ability and accuracy support efficient resolution of complex matters and reliable billing outcomes.
Renu VermaCost Draftsman
Renu specialises in Family Legal Aid billing, Legal Help claims, and the CWA and CCMS systems. Previously a Billing Coordinator at a City law firm, she enjoyed implementing new billing frameworks and procedural improvements. With broad experience in costs, she provides informed guidance based on extensive sector changes. After a career break to raise her children, she joined Aspects Costing and now deals with publicly funded work, private law matters, judicial review, housing cases, replies to points of dispute, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for detailed assessment.
Zahrah Butt Billing Manager
Zahrah is a highly competent Costs Draftsman with over a decade of freelance experience supporting London law firms. Recently transitioning into a full-time role, she has developed strong expertise in both claimant and defendant work, delivering detailed and accurate costs documentation. Her commitment to quality service, analytical approach and extensive exposure across various firms enable her to handle complex matters efficiently. Zahrah’s hands-on experience and precision make her a valued member of the Aspects Costing team.
Kristy Jonas Billing - CWA
Kristi is adaptable, positive, and quick to learn, supporting a collaborative work environment. Beginning her career in customer service while studying, she progressed into billing coordination where she is developing skills in accounting and cost work. She has experience assisting with legally funded certificated matters across childcare, private law, domestic abuse, finance, housing and judicial review. Kristi remains eager to expand her expertise and contribute to wider legal costing projects.

Nishi brings a real estate marketing and sales background to her role in Procurement and Operations. She applies strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process-focused thinking to streamline workflows and support cost-efficient delivery. Since joining Aspects Costing, she has worked on aligning procurement objectives with operational needs, improving efficiency, and identifying solutions through structured problem-solving. Trained within a leading legal aid law firm, Gopi has developed a deep understanding of CCMS processes, billing regulations and compliance requirements. Their practical skills and commitment to efficiency ensure accurate workflows and reliable billing outcomes, making them a valuable contributor to any Legal Aid team.

Kanit combines engineering and operations experience with legal costing expertise. Skilled in document analysis, data accuracy and process control, he previously managed regulated operational functions in the energy sector, including billing reconciliations and SAP-based workflows.
