Our team offers a comprehensive processing service after a costs draftsman has prepared the bill of costs/e-Bill or claim form for court/LAA.

We offer to process cases through the court and CCMS. We also offer the same service on the processing and management services of high costs cases, taking the cases from registration, Bill service, CCMS upload all the way through to payment.

Our team liaise with your fee earners and/or draftsmen to secure the best results for the solicitor clients as cost effectively as possible.

We have a standard recovery of over 85% as a general rule of thumb, however, of on an odd occasion, the percentage recovery falls below this average, we are skilled in letter of appeals and advice too.
